I just purchased a remote inexpensive pedestal fan, unfortunately the remote was faulty, i must say the ladies at the customer service desk were exceptional. Polite, friendly and knowledgeable... thankyou and well done!!!

i’ve been coming to this target for years and they’ve recently changed it all round. everything about it feels so cold and unwelcoming now. the isles are too small and tight it’s near impossible to pass through them. i’m disappointed at the change, i definitely won’t be shopping here anymore.

Went to buy kids socks a bundle of 5 for $10 (bought 4 lots), I dropped one bundle. Came home and realised what had happened. Called the customer care and was told "it would have been put back onto the shelves because if you left it on the self-check out then we do not hold them". I am disappointed because you would think that if it's on the 'bagging area', chances are that a customer would have left it accidentally. Should have just gone to the other shops who still have customer care.

Went in there this morning, lady on the check outs very rude. I talk loud as I am deaf in my right ear ( army vet ) and starts having a go at me for being loud. explain to her im deaf in my right ear and not to be rude. left my things and went else where to spend my hard earned cash....... NOT helpful ay all

We bought kids Fila show start of this year and it only lasted 6 months, extremally bad quality, unfortunately now we don't find the same quality like before, very disappointed, and store take no responsibility.
